We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom. Orders are picked and dispatched within one to two working days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery is tracked. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is collected by the carrier. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland and BFPO addresses may take longer, and lithium-ion products travel under carrier restrictions. If you are ordering to one of these, email hello@jolturn.co.uk before you order and we will confirm either way.
If tracking has not updated for three working days, email hello@jolturn.co.uk with your order number and we will chase the carrier.
