Keep the car clean where it's parked.

Battery had been struggling for a fortnight and finally gave up on the school run. Clamped it on, waited for the green indicator, and it turned over on the second attempt. I've since replaced the battery, but I wasn't stuck on a side road with two kids in the back, which is the whole point.

Ordered two because the review here said moving one between cars defeats the object, and that's exactly right. One lives in my boot, one in my husband's. Neither of us has had to think about it since, which is what I wanted.

Does both jobs properly and the build is better than the price suggests. The compressor is noisier than I'd assumed from the photos — not a problem on a driveway, but you notice it. Four stars for that rather than anything to do with how it works.

I'd been putting off doing my tyres for weeks because the pump at my local garage is always occupied. Did all four on the drive on a Sunday morning with a cup of tea. The display is genuinely easy to read, which matters when you're crouched by a wheel.
