What people ask before they order.

Why not just get a cheap one?

For crumbs on a seat, a cheap one will do. Sand and dog hair trodden into the carpet are harder to shift, and that's what the VAC is built for: a brushless motor giving 17,000Pa on high, plus a felt nozzle and two brushes to loosen it first. It doubles as a blower for the vents, and it's covered by our 12-month warranty, so if anything goes wrong you email us instead of chasing a marketplace seller.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 30 minutes on low, 18 on medium and 12 on high, and the display shows how much is left before you start. It charges from the car's USB port with the cable in the box, so you can top it up while you drive. A full charge takes 2 to 2.5 hours.

Does it clog?

The cup's clear, so you can see when it's getting full. Tip it in the bin and tap the dust off the filter before you clip it back on, and it'll keep pulling properly. There are no bags to buy.

Will it pick up dog hair?

Yes. Use high and fit the felt nozzle or a brush to lift the hair out of the carpet weave, and the suction takes it from there.

What does the blower do?

Fit the blower nozzle and it pushes air out instead of pulling it in. It's the quickest way to clear dust out of the air vents, the gaps around the gearstick and the seat rails. It'll blow up an air bed or a paddling pool too.

What if it stops working?

Email us and we reply within one working day. Every VAC is covered by our 12-month extended warranty from the day it arrives, and we repair or replace it.
